You also agree that you are not being given ANY RIGHT to represent the owner of this site in any capacity and you agree you will not do so. • Intellectual property: The owner of this site is claiming a copyright and trademark(s) or other advertisers may be claiming such and those will be respected as such for any user, whether it be the owner or advertisers of this site. The content is owned by the company (owner) and cannot be copied or modified without permission. NO DIRECT CONTACT OF THE SELLER OR BUYER IS TO OCCUR WITHOUT AN APPROVED INTRODUCTION DOCUMENT provided by the owner of the site is to occur. For such approval send inquiry to info@scienceassetsforsale.com. • Transactions between buyers and sellers: Transactions that are done on any part of any asset or the entire asset for sale are subject to specific fees that have been negotiated between seller and owner and any occurrence of any transaction on the asset between parties that occur is to be collected and remitted at closing of the transaction to the owner of this site. Any attempt to circumvent this fee being paid in any manner constitutes theft and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law as determined appropriate by the owner. The use of other parties to initiate a transaction outside of paying the fee is a direct breach of this clause. • Disclaimers and limitations of liability: The owner of this site is NOT responsibility for inaccuracies and user actions. The owner of this site is not responsible for any transactions of any sort between buyers and sellers. The owner of this site evaluates the sellers as being the true company/individual that they claim by requiring a W9 to attest they are the seller they are representing. The owner does NOT “VET” the sellers in any other way. It is agreed by the user (which can only participate in a legal capacity as the representative of a company and/or as an individual) that No Owner(s) of this site, nor their employees, nor board members, nor affiliated company or any individual, in any capacity, can be sued or attempted to be sued or required to enter into arbitration for any purpose. • User-generated content: Any use of any forum or chat room, including what users can post should not violate ANY of the terms of agreement contained in this USER AGREEMENT AND THE TERMS OF SERVICE. For any forum that is offered additional rules and restrictions may be incorporated and may require separate disclosure agreement. It is also understood that the OWNER may delete this site at any time at their leisure.
